Front faced Elevation & Car parking area , Garden
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My new residence needs a striking, modern street presence that blends seamlessly with a practical car-parking solution and a welcoming garden zone. I already have the basic footprint, but the façade, landscaping, and parking layout are still wide open to creative interpretation.
Here is what I’m aiming for:
• A clean-lined, contemporary front elevation that makes smart use of proportion, materials, and lighting to feel both warm and upscale.
• An integrated parking arrangement—whether a single or double garage, or even a sleek carport—designed so vehicles never dominate the view.
• A thoughtfully planned front garden with room for soft greenery, a modest seating nook, and an inviting walkway up to the main entry.
What I’d like from you
• Concept sketches showing two to three façade options.
• Finalised 2D elevation drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• At least two high-quality 3D renders illustrating daylight and evening lighting.
• A simple landscape layout indicating plant beds, paths, and any low walls or water features.
• A brief material and colour palette so I can cost finishes accurately.
I’ll share the plot dimensions and floor plan as soon as we start. Looking forward to seeing how you merge architecture, parking efficiency, and curb-appeal landscaping into one cohesive modern statement.
