Formal Industrial Landscape Design

I will share the complete CAD layout of our industrial plant and need a detailed landscape design that respects every boundary and utility line already drawn. The areas to cover are exactly those shown on the plan—parking bays, building perimeters, and shared outdoor pockets—so the drawing will be your primary guide for extents and dimensions.

The design brief is straightforward: create a formal, structured look that feels organised and professional. Think clean geometry, symmetrical beds, and clear sight-lines. Greenery is essential—trees for scale, shrubs for layering, and grass panels for cohesion—combined with well-defined pathways and walkways that direct foot traffic safely and efficiently between entrances, loading zones, and breakout spaces. No water features are required at this stage.

To keep coordination simple, please work natively in AutoCAD (or a fully compatible platform) and, if possible, generate supporting visuals in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion so our leadership team can approve the concept quickly.

Deliverables
• Scaled master plan (DWG + PDF) reflecting the supplied CAD base
• Planting schedule with species, quantities, and sizes suited to an industrial environment
• Hardscape legend covering paving types, edging, and any site furnishings
• Perspective or isometric visuals sufficient for management sign-off

Acceptance criteria
The final package must align perfectly with the provided CAD layout, follow the formal style directive, and specify plant species that are low-maintenance yet visually impactful.

Once I receive the complete set, I’ll review against the CAD overlay and confirm any minor tweaks before final approval.
