- Commercial complexes (mixed-use buildings, retail + office)
- High-end residential buildings (apartments, villas, row houses)
- Resort & hospitality projects (boutique hotels, eco-resorts, wellness retreats)
- Complete interior design packages (concept to detailed drawings)
- Landscape design & master-planning (outdoor areas, gardens, pools, rooftop terraces)

I’m based in Nepal but have a strong understanding of international design trends and requirements (US, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia). My style combines modern aesthetics with contextual/sustainable solutions — perfect for luxury resorts, eco-friendly homes, or contemporary commercial spaces.

- Floor plans, sections, elevations (AutoCAD/Revit)
- 3D modeling & photorealistic renders (SketchUp + Lumion/V-Ray)
