Eco-Friendly Bungalow Expansion

I need a freelance landscape architect to design a small site plan (1500m2) for expanding an existing wooden bungalow. The design should follow a Boho eco style and incorporate sustainable systems.

Requirements:
- Entrance hall
- Indoor + outdoor kitchen
- Small spa (sauna + cold plunge)
- Yoga deck
- Tool sheds
- Solar panels, rainwater harvesting, natural materials

Deliverables:
- 2-3 alternative site layout options
- Renderings/visuals in Boho eco style
- Suggestions for sustainable systems

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Hectar/Autodesk Forma or similar
- Strong background in sustainable landscape architecture
- Experience in Boho eco style design
- Excellent rendering and visualization skills
