Detailed Backyard Landscape Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to completely transform my backyard and need a landscape designer who thinks through every inch of space. The vision includes retaining walls, a walk-up bar, built-in stone cooking and grilling stations, hardscaped lounging zones, a pool with a mini pool house that doubles as an outdoor shower, a small garden plot, and refreshed fencing.
Stone is the material I want to see carried through the hardscaping, so the plan should highlight stone countertops, seating walls, and pool coping while tying everything together visually. My highest priority is the entertainment area—bar, grilling zone, and pool—so those elements must flow seamlessly and feel like one cohesive experience.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• A master plan showing spatial layout, elevations, and circulation paths
• 3D visuals or renders so I can “walk” the space before breaking ground
• Material and planting palettes that complement the stone features
• Construction-ready drawings or detailed notes a contractor can follow
• Suggestions for features I may be overlooking, such as lighting layers, heating elements, integrated audio, or innovative water features
Accuracy in measurements, attention to drainage and retaining wall engineering, and a polished presentation are critical.
