Desert Farm Design Project in UAE

I need an experienced landscape architect or farm designer who has worked on agricultural estates and farm properties in the UAE, specifically in arid desert environments similar to Liwa, Al Dhafra, or Al Ain region in Abu Dhabi. The project is a private farm in the Liwa Oasis area and requires a full design concept including site master plan, zoning layout (residential, agricultural, recreational areas), irrigation and water management integration (drip systems, aflaj-inspired channels), shaded walkways, date palm plantation layout, and desert-appropriate planting palette.
The designer must have demonstrated experience with:

Desert climate design (extreme heat, sand drift, sabkha soil conditions)
UAE regulatory context and local construction materials (rammed earth, sandstone, natural shading)
Arabic/Gulf farm aesthetics — not generic Western landscape design
Deliverables: Site master plan, concept renders or mood boards, zoning diagram, planting schedule

Preferred: Arabic-speaking designer or firm with Gulf region portfolio. Portfolio evidence of completed UAE farm, estate, or agricultural projects is mandatory — concept-only designers will not be considered.
