Create a Professional Landscape Master Plan

Residential Landscape Design Plan — North Vancouver, BC
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced landscape designer to produce a professional landscape master plan for a residential property in the District of North Vancouver, BC. The property is currently under construction and includes a new home, an in-ground concrete pool with spa, and an existing sauna cabin.
WE NEED:
• A full landscape plan (similar to a schematic design / SD drawing set)
• Plant schedule with species, quantities, and sizes
• Hardscape layout — terrace, cedar deck, pathways, coping details
• Lighting plan (low-voltage LED uplights, pool perimeter, deck strip lighting)
• Phased implementation schedule
• Rendered or illustrated plan view preferred (hand-drawn or digital both acceptable)
DESIGN REFERENCES PROVIDED:
We have reference images showing the aesthetic direction — clean, contemporary West Coast style with dark-finish pool, cedar deck with gas fire feature, ornamental grasses, specimen trees (Japanese Maple, Redbud, Magnolia), and formal hedge screening.
DELIVERABLES:
• 1 × Master Plan drawing (PDF + editable file)
• Plant + lighting schedule
• Brief written design narrative
TIMELINE:
First draft within 2 weeks of project award.
BUDGET:

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
