Comprehensive Drainage & Utility Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a civil site designer who can prepare complete drainage, grading, and utility plans for my existing building and its grounds. The entire property needs to be evaluated—front, back, and side yards—because we continue to battle standing water, erosion along a few slopes, and a persistently soggy lawn after every storm.
What I need is a set of construction-ready drawings (CAD format preferred) that show:
• finished grades tied into existing spot elevations
• a stormwater runoff layout sized to eliminate ponding and stop the erosion channels that have formed
• coordinated utility routes so any new piping or trench work fits cleanly with the drainage upgrades
Please base the design on current site conditions; I can provide available survey data and photos as soon as we start. Use whichever hydraulic or CAD tools you normally rely on—Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or similar—as long as the output is clear enough for my contractor and city reviewers to understand.
Acceptance will hinge on three points: the plans must grade water away from the structure, resolve the soft-lawn problem, and include utility tie-ins that align with local code. Let me know your turnaround time and any data you’ll need up front so we can get moving quickly.
