Comprehensive Design for Multi-purpose Land Project

Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled architect or landscape designer to develop a detailed floor/site plan and a 3D model for a multi-purpose land project. The site is approximately 200m x 200m and is located in a semi-arid region, as shown in the attached satellite map and ground photos.

What We Need in the Design:
Multi-Purpose Hall

Should be usable for events, gatherings, and community activities.

Located near the existing gate area (see map).

Sports Center

Includes kids’ playground

Swimming pool

Pool/billiards area

Space for indoor/outdoor games

Livestock Zone

Area to accommodate:

5 camels

5 cows

~100 sheep

Grazing areas or designated feed zones

Shaded shelter structures and water troughs

Small Animal & Poultry Section

Rabbit hutches

Local chicken coops

Secure and hygienic enclosures

Vermicompost Area

For organic waste recycling

Shaded composting pits or bins

Hydroponic Farming Section

For tomatoes, leafy greens, etc.

Include greenhouse-style setup or NFT systems

Barbecue/Picnic Area

To be placed opposite the multi-purpose hall

Include seating, grill stands, and shade

Super Napier Grass Field

For livestock fodder

Proper irrigation suggested

Orchard/Fruit Tree Zone

Banana, lemon, papaya, guava, etc.

With walking paths and proper spacing

Optional Additions (Freelancer's Suggestions Welcome)

Solar lighting

Walking/jogging track

Benches, gazebos, or fountains

Waste management plan

Deliverables:
Conceptual floor/site plan

High-quality 3D model/renders

Suggested layout for utilities (water, drainage, power)

Any additional suggestions or improvements to make the space more functional and sustainable
Ideal Freelancer:
Experience in landscape architecture or rural planning

Strong 3D modeling skills (SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, etc.)

Ability to work with satellite imagery and top view maps

Creative and practical thinker with a flair for sustainability
