• A belt of trees along the entire boundary for windbreak, privacy, and aesthetics

What I need from you is a complete masterplan that shows optimal placement, circulation paths, service lines, and expansion allowance, all scaled to fit comfortably within the two acres. Please base the layout on practical zoning principles and efficient waste-to-resource loops, keeping the modern farmhouse as the visual centerpiece.

Acceptance criteria

• Conceptual 3D massing or rendered views that explain spatial relationships (SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
• A brief design rationale highlighting zoning logic, sunlight orientation, irrigation flow, and bio-waste integration
• A planting scheme for the boundary trees indicating species and spacing
