Commercial Landscape Plan Redesign
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have an existing landscape plan for a commercial property that now needs design modifications. The municipality has asked for a refreshed site layout and I would like an experienced U.S. landscape architect to take it on, ensuring the revisions comply with American codes, ADA guidelines, and local climate considerations. All base files (CAD and PDF) plus mark-ups will be provided, so you can focus on reshaping the overall site arrangement and making sure the new configuration still feels cohesive, functional, and easily permitted.
Please work in the same CAD environment the drawings were created in and retain my layering standards so the file can go straight back to the civil engineer. If new plant choices or minor irrigation shifts are required, include them in the notes; otherwise the task is primarily design realignment.
Deliverables I expect:
• Updated landscape plan in DWG and PDF ready for submission
• A concise change log describing every adjustment
• Revised legend or plant schedule if substitutions are made
If you have U.S. licensure or substantial U.S. project experience, I would love to see sample sheets that demonstrate your familiarity with local detailing conventions.
