Commercial 2D-3D Landscape Design
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a full landscape concept drafted in both 2D and 3D for a commercial property. The plan must clearly integrate a parking lot layout with circulation, lighting, planting beds, and hard-surface materials shown at scale. In the 3D model I also want realistic textures and day-night renders so I can present the proposal to stakeholders.
I have not fixed a specific style, so feel free to suggest modern, classic, or eco-focused approaches—what matters is that the design looks polished and functions well for customers and delivery vehicles. All drawings should be delivered in both editable (DWG or equivalent) and PDF formats, while the 3D files can be provided in SketchUp, Revit, or another widely-used format we agree on.
Please include:
• A dimensioned 2D site plan highlighting the parking lot, access points, and planting areas
• At least three perspective renders plus one aerial view in 3D
• A brief material and plant palette with recommended species or substitutes suitable for commercial maintenance
