I’m refreshing the exterior of a commercial property and need a complete landscape design that feels warm and timeless. The brief focuses on two key zones: the main entrance, where first impressions matter most, and an adjacent outdoor seating area that should encourage visitors to linger. I’m drawn to a traditional aesthetic—think graceful lines, balanced plant groupings, and materials that age beautifully rather than chase fleeting trends.

You’ll translate those goals into a cohesive plan that integrates planting, hardscape, and lighting ideas suitable for daily foot-traffic and low-maintenance upkeep. Familiarity with landscape CAD or SketchUp will make collaboration smoother, but I’m open to your preferred professional software as long as final drawings are delivered in print-ready PDF and editable format.
