Classic Yard Landscape Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to give both my front and back yard a cohesive, traditional-and-classic look that immediately lifts curb appeal. The design must feel timeless rather than trendy, with graceful lines, layered planting beds, and welcoming pathways that guide visitors through the space. Maintenance effort and cost have to be minimum.
Core features I want incorporated
• Flower beds and shrubs laid out in harmonious, season-round colour groupings.
• Pathways and walkways that complement the house architecture and provide clear circulation between driveway, main entrance, side gates, and patio.
What I need from you
– A scaled master plan covering the entire lot, clearly separating front and rear zones.
– Planting schedule specifying species, quantities, and mature dimensions so I understand long-term growth.
– Hardscape drawings for the paths (materials, thickness, edging, drainage notes).
– Itemised cost estimate: materials, plants, labour, plus an allowance for contingencies.
– Phased implementation timeline showing which portions can be tackled first if I decide to stage the build.
Visuals (2D layout plus at least one perspective or 3D render) are essential for me to sign off before breaking ground. I’m comfortable with common landscape-design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit as long as the final files arrive in PDF and DWG or SKP.
I’ll supply the property survey, photos, and any HOA guidelines the moment we start. If you’ve previously delivered classic gardens that balance symmetry, texture, and year-round interest, I’d love to see a sample.
