Car Wash Curb-Appeal Landscape

I’m refreshing the exterior of my drive-through car wash and need a landscape concept that instantly lifts its curb appeal. The priority is visual impact: lush yet tidy green spaces that frame the building, soften the concrete, and make customers feel they’ve chosen a clean, professional place.

Because the site must stay low-upkeep, the entire planting palette should revolve around hardy, low-maintenance species ― groundcovers that suppress weeds, sculptural shrubs that hold form without constant pruning, and perhaps a few accent grasses for movement. Please keep mowing, fertilising and irrigation needs to a minimum.

I’ll share current site photos, approximate dimensions and the traffic flow diagram as soon as we start. From you I’m looking for:
• A scaled plan (PDF/CAD) showing planting zones and hard-edge boundaries.
• A keyed plant schedule with common & botanical names, spacing and brief care notes.
• One perspective or coloured sketch that helps me visualise the finished look from the street.

If the design clearly reads as fresh, modern and easy to maintain, I’ll consider a follow-on task for lighting suggestions and signage integration.
