Backyard Landscape Plan & Renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m ready to turn my property into a true entertainment hub and I need professionally drawn plans that capture every feature to scale. The finished package should include a clean, dimension-accurate site plan plus life-like aerial and eye-level perspective renderings so I can visualize how the space flows before construction starts.
Purpose
The yard will function primarily as an entertainment area, so circulation and sight-lines between the active zones matter a lot.
Key features to be shown
• Pool and hot tub as the focal point
• Outdoor kitchen, deck and adjacent fire-pit lounge for cooking and gathering
• Flower beds and a productive kitchen garden that frame the hardscape with colour and greenery
• Pool house / cabana that may double as a small gym
• Multi-sport court and detached garage placed for convenient access
Scope of work
1. Scaled site plan: 2D drawing that respects property lines, setbacks and existing structures.
2. Aerial rendering: a realistic bird’s-eye view that highlights material finishes, furniture placement and planting massing.
3. Perspective renderings: at least three ground-level views that showcase how the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and fire-pit area relate to one another.
4. Design input on how the areas connect and transition into one another.
I will provide:
- property survey
- ariel photos and photos of the house and existing structures
- photo to show current grading and elevations
- placement and sizing of all elements (decks, pool, pool house, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, kitchen garden, detached garage, fencing.
- hot tub structure (already designed by our architect)
- preferred materials palette and inspiration photos.
Deliver the drawings in PDF for print and a native file (DWG, SketchUp or similar) I can pass to contractors.
Acceptance criteria
• All listed elements are present, sized accurately and labelled.
• Scale matches the supplied survey.
• Renderings clearly depict textures, lighting and spatial relationships.
• Three rounds of minor revisions included so we can fine-tune placements.
If you have experience combining hardscape, planting design and realistic 3D visualisation, I’d love to see examples of previous work and discuss timelines.
