Backyard 3D Landscape Design

The goal is to map out a modern, guest-friendly backyard before any soil is turned. I will share clear photos and exact measurements of the space, and I need a realistic 3D visual—think SketchUp, Lumion, or similar—that lets me walk through the area, test furniture placement, and fine-tune plant choices. The design should spotlight simple hardscape elements, low-maintenance plants, and a few small trees that frame seating and entertaining zones without overcrowding them.

Key deliverables
• Editable 3D model of the full yard
• At least three high-resolution still renders from different angles (day and dusk lighting)
• Annotated layout identifying plant species and basic material notes
