Architectural Landscape Desgin for a Texas Business Park

We need the landscape design for a business park located in League City Texas.

Native plants and trees will be the backbone of the design. I’m looking for someone who can select species that thrive in our Texas climate while also arranging them so the space looks inviting year-round. The more you can highlight seasonal color and texture through thoughtful groupings, the better.

• A detailed planting schedule listing each native species, quantities, and sizes.
• Conceptual illustrative renderings that help stakeholders picture the finished look.
• Basic hardscape notes—paths, seating areas, and irrigation diagrams

I’ll consider the work complete when the plan is clear enough for my civil team and on-site installers to price and build without guesswork, and when the visuals capture that organic, Texas-friendly character we’re after.
