I’m looking for a freelancer to handle the full architectural design + technical drawings + 3D renders for a real estate project located in Sassandra, Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast).

A) ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS (Building Permit Package)
• Site plan / master plan (implantation of the 6 villas on the 3 lots)
• Floor plans (Ground floor + First floor) fully dimensioned
• Roof plan
• 4 elevations (North / South / East / West)
• Minimum 2 section drawings (longitudinal + transversal)
• Area schedule (sqm per level + total)
• Full PDF permit package ready to submit

1. Electrical plan
• sockets, switches, lighting points
• circuits / panel layout
2. Plumbing plan
• cold + hot water supply
• wastewater / drainage lines
• septic tank connection (if required)

• split AC indoor unit positions
• outdoor units positions
• piping routes + condensate drainage

Minimum required:
• 2 exterior renders (day)

• 1 interior render (living room)
• 1 interior render (bedroom)
• 1 “drone view” render showing the full site plan / master plan

(Optional but appreciated)
• Short 10–20 sec animation / walkthrough

Please provide:
• DWG files (AutoCAD)
