Acreage Landscape Design & Concepts

I’m building a modern-contemporary home set on two acres and need a cohesive landscape plan that feels fresh, practical, and in harmony with the surrounding countryside. The landscaping plan needs to encompass the acreage and aesthetically aligning with the property , pool and shed.

The brief also includes concepts for a fence that frames the residence. The front fence needs to be aesthetically aligned with modern design of the proeprty. The fencing on the side and back of the acreage needs to creates subtle boundaries without looking heavy or traditional. I’d like to see different stone treatments or patterns that suit a clean, architectural aesthetic while staying cost-effective to build.

Finally, I need guidance on a gravel driveway layout that complements the property, plantings, directs guests naturally to the entrance, and manages drainage on the larger block.

What I expect from you
• A scaled master plan (PDF or CAD) showing planting zones, fencing alignment, and the full driveway path
• A planting schedule detailing species, quantities, and recommended spacing
• Material specs or mood boards for the stone fence and gravel surfacing
• Two or three high-level perspective visuals or renders that help me picture the finished look

I’ll supply site photos, measurements, and a basic topographic map once we start.
