Quick and Simple 1 page Website
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for someone to create a 1-page website + attached form.
We are in the middle of planning to build a website for our new not for profit company and were originally going to send a PDF Flyer with our Jan 2022 School Holiday and Term 1 2022 Programs. But as you can see from the attached document there is way too much information to fit on.
So please note that some information will change and the attached is just an example of what I am was trying to achieve. Also note that I will require board approval to complete the project, I will present the website to them on the 17 Nov to approve.
So what I want is:
1 page website that will have:
- our logo and a short introduction about what Autism Redlands is about.
- Each program will have its own section (like on page 1 of attached) with a read more button/ drop down where we can add extra information and then place Prices and Dates for page 2 and 4 of the attached.
- At the bottom of the page there will be a button “book now” that will take them to a form.
- The form will be something like page 5 of the attached document but the things I would like is:
o Ask them if do they currently attend The Lab Redlands if they click no I would need to collect there parents details and extra details about the child.
o There will need to be term and conditions that they sign/aggree to.
o I want there form sent to me in a easy to print format so I can process their booking.
