Am looking for an experienced Freelancer to create a Landing Page for a Real Estate Project in Mumbai. Real Estate digital marketing experience required as can guide me through.
I am a channel partner agent for a reputed construction group. Have to compete with many other partners selling the same project.
This is what I need from a Freelancer to Create my landing page :
• I want someone who can create a landing page and his call to action should be specifically tied to my goal i.e. Quality Lead Generation.
• I want to keep the copy clear as i believe that landing pages are not the page to show off creativity.
• Please choose Long form or a series of pages. (This will increase the conversion rate )
• Remove Navigation Element. The only Clickable links should be call to action.
• Good copy writing.
Pls quote the best price for landing as can also work on Revenue Sharing model, wherein I can share money on every deal I get.
Also I have many more projects in Dubai and the UK. I don’t want o spend a fortune on Landing page. Also ticket size of this Mumbai property is in between 1crore to 1.70 crore rupees.
