Dual-Channel Mortgage Refi Lead Generation

I need a reliable partner who can keep my mortgage and debt-refinance funnel full through a balanced mix of telemarketing and high-converting landing pages. My ideal prospects are homeowners ready to refinance or roll existing debts into a single, lower-cost loan.

Telemarketing

You will supply the calling lists (or advise on list sources), handle the dialer setup, and share daily call logs so I can track numbers dialed, conversations held, and appointments booked.

Landing Pages
You will design, write, and maintain pages that capture the same audience, route every form fill directly into my CRM, and A/B test headlines, copy, and visual elements for continuous improvement. Google Analytics or a similar tool must be connected so we can monitor conversion rates in real time.

Deliverables & Metrics
• A minimum weekly quota of qualified leads, split evenly between phone and web channels
• Detailed lead sheets with contact info, notes, and consent status
• Call recordings or transcripts on request
• Landing page files and access credentials
