POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an expert in conversion rate optimization with immense knowledge and experience in analyzing websites, providing feedback reports, and delivering powerful recommendations on how to increase our conversion.

KEY JOBS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze our website and make recommendations to improve conversion rate
Identifying problems with the conversion rate of our current website through quantitative and qualitative research
Create landing pages that convert visitors into clients and that can be easily edited
Collaborate with our staff and management to ensure that the strategy aligns with our brand values and meets the organization’s standards.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
A true expert in high-converting landing page design.
5+ years experience in building WordPress websites with the purpose of converting
5+ years experience in developing in PHP to customize backend functionality for WordPress sites.
5+ years experience in creating WordPress themes and custom plugins.
Experience in troubleshooting and supporting complex WordPress sites.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques.
Excellent knowledge in SEO.
Knowledge of web design trends, including developing content for mobile sites, optimizing websites for search engines and social media, etc.
Understanding of user experience (UX), conversion optimization & A/B testing methodologies is a plus.
Ability to develop new pages, edit existing web pages & text content, upload media content and manage websites.
Expert at putting together landing pages in WordPress based on the design.
Experience with website analytics tools.
Ability to design responsive web pages that load properly across all devices.
Must be able to showcase website design capabilities through a website portfolio.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional results with correlating client feedback.
Send portfolios of websites developed with the goals of converting visitors to clients, get visitors to purchase, etc.

Provide a quote to implement all the recommendations to optimize the leads conversion (fees and timelines).
