I'm seeking a developer to create a web application using MySQL. The application will be role-based, with two user roles: editors and viewers.

Key Features:
- Role Management: Editors can modify data, while viewers can only observe and raise queries.
- Data Layout: Companies listed in columns, with their available equipment in rows.
- User Actions: 'Edit' and 'Save' options for editors, 'Raise Observation' buttons for viewers at the end of each row.
- Advanced Search & Filters: To enhance data retrieval and user experience.
