PHP Secure Proxy Development

We have a webmap whose URL we want to protect from direct user access and potential abuse. To achieve this, we need to implement a secure proxy. Our backend is currently hosted on FASTAPI via AWS Lambda.
Key Requirements:
Secure Proxy:
Prevent direct access to the webmap URL.
Allow access only through the proxy.
Cloudflare Caching:
Set up caching in Cloudflare to reduce Lambda calls.
Lower costs while improving performance.
Proposed Approach:
Integrate the secure proxy with the existing FASTAPI Lambda.
Configure Cloudflare caching rules and policies.
Ensure secure access and prevent hotlinking or unauthorized usage.
