Hostinger to DigitalOcean Portal Migration

I need to move an existing project-management portal from its current Hostinger shared plan to a fresh DigitalOcean environment. The core of the job is MySQL database migration (MariaDB) and full configuration of the new stack so the application comes back online exactly as it was—only faster and more secure.
The current portal runs on standard LAMP components; application files have already been archived, so your focus will be the data layer and server configuration. A clean export-import of the MySQL database is essential, including verification of table integrity and user privileges once it lands on the DigitalOcean Droplet. After the data is in place, you’ll configure the Droplet to match the original PHP and Apache versions, set correct virtual-host rules, and wire up environment variables so the app boots without code changes.
Security is non-negotiable. The move must incorporate a valid SSL certificate—Let’s Encrypt is fine—and enable database-at-rest encryption. If you prefer full-disk encryption at Droplet level, note that in your approach. Either way, I expect encrypted data on disk and encrypted traffic in transit.
