I need a LabView programmer

My company has an old system (circa 1990s, written in C) we want to modernize. The system uses a stepper motor and a lead screw to move a probe thru the Unit Under Test (UUT). The probe is connected to a Network Analyzer. The system moves the probe and takes multiple readings with the Network Analyzer, then performs math, and then plots out a graph that is used to determine Pass or Fail of the UUT.
