I am looking for someone to design a device to measure the basic properties of lithium, ni-cd and ni-mh based electrochemical cells. It should be capable of charging and discharging cells, measuring usable capacity, state of charge, internal resistance and overall cell diagnostics. Preferably with Labview graphing.
