Our dry contact relay should toggle every a given period of time, for example 2 minutes. (that means this relay remains closed for 2 minutes, and then remains open for two minutes and so on).
We would like an instrument where we set a threshold (for example 2 minutes and 30 seconds) and if the relay has not toggled within the threshold time, we get notified in a clear way (it could be a loud noise, it could be the execution of a code that sends a text message, whatever, as long as we can be notified that the threshold time has been exceeded without toggling). please begin the bid with the words "toggle inspection" to make sure that you have read the above.
