Reactive jammer In GNU-Radio

i'm Locking for an RF enginer who know how to use USRP/PlutoSDR/LimeSDR or BladeRF . What is need to be done is a Reactive Jammer in gnuradio or labview, The reactive jammer is a jammer wich stay silent and lisen on a frequency (example 315Mhz) then once a signal is detected on that frequency the jammer should start then at the end of the signal the jammer should stop and lisen for a new signal, Ordinary jammers are continusly jamming, what i need is a jammer wich will jam only when a signal is transmited. I will send you a Record stample in Universal radio hacker with the signal in order for you to be able to adjust the exact frequency and also to be able to see the data wich need to be jam.
