Missing STX in Labview

I am looking for someone who can help me with a problem in my existing code written in Labview. I have had experience in the language before, and I would rate the complexity of the code as moderate. Specifically, I need help troubleshooting the missing STX (Connection between the Inverter and PC)in the Labview code. The right candidate should be experienced in Labview and comfortable working with code of at least moderate complexity.
I am currently using a Siemens G120 inverter to operate an asynchronous machine and control the motor through LabVIEW on an old XP computer. The inverter is connected to the computer via a serial bus. While I have successfully executed the LabVIEW project on my old PC, I am encountering an error when attempting to run the project on a new computer running Windows 10. As a result, I am unable to operate the machine through LabVIEW.
