Labview project sample rate improvement and clean up

I am looking for a Labview expert who can help me increase the sample rate of my Labview project. Currently, the project's sample rate and logging is in the range of 50 Hz and need to go up to 1000Hz. I need someone who can focus on the software aspect of the project to improve the sample rate. The specific improvements that I am looking for are:
- Change structure to Queued Message Handler
- Increase the sample rate of the Labview project
- Optimize the overall performance of the project
- Clean up
