FACTORY EQUIPMENTS MONITORING SYSTEM

We need to develop a plant supervisor to control a production department. We need to acquire data from a Siemens PLC and we need to:
A. Record motor data：Vibration，Temperature，Current，Working time
B. Record equipment data： Voltage，Power ，Current，Working time
C: Data can be recorded for 1-2year
D. Historical data curve: it can be viewed by hour, day, week, or month. If the actual value is abnormal, the color of the data will change.;
E. Report query： Motor data and equipment data can be viewed in the report. You can view the daily reports,
weekly reports, and monthly reports as required. The report can be exported to an Excel format file.
F. Fault warning： If the motor temperature and vibration exceed the upper limit or lower limit, the system will alarm., Fault warning information can be recorded and reviewed.
G. Maintenance message： Periodically remind users to perform maintenance. Maintenance information and period for each device can be customized. Maintenance historical records can be restored and exported.
H. Real-time data and reports can be published through the Web. (It can be viewed on the LAN by client PC).
K. All data is transferred locally by LAN and will not transfer to a cloud server.
I. Different levels of users can be set up by software.
