Build me a Labview code

I have to develop a LabView code to acquire data (Voltage) from 2 analogue input channels on a DAQ 6001 device. I should be able to watch the voltage fluctuation in real-time and be able to record x amount of data on the press of a button. This should be written to an excel files with customizable headers to include testing conditions and such.
