create product label

i need someone that can create a product label for one of our products - simple, easy project. u must be willing to show your past related projects. no intermeidaries pls. You must be able to do several revisions, you must be creative and be able to relate my product to your design. i have attached the draft that contains the texts, u can come up with your own concept. colour theme is red, black and white.
