Government Compliance Labels Creation

I need government compliance and safety warning labels designed and produced as soon as possible.

Summary:

So just a quick run down, we purchased a company and they often print rfid labels with a labeling software called "Legitronic" by weber packaging. The machine completely crashed and had no recovery. However, we still have all the .lbl files and are looking to see if a database for these labels can be recreated to allow for our team to input the labels being used currently as it pretty urgent and we are down to our last 30 labels. Having to basically start from scratch. We have ordered another rfid capable printer but the rest of the process has us at a standstill.
