FSSAI-Compliant Chicken Label Redesign
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m refreshing the label of my ready-to-eat chicken range and need it brought fully in line with the latest FSSAI packaging & labelling regulations while also popping off the shelf. The finished design must combine all legally required data—nutritional panel, FSSAI licence number, net weight, MRP, dates, storage instructions—along with our brand logo and a crisp, easily scannable barcode.
Visually, I’d like an eye-catching colour combination that feels premium and appetising; you’re free to move beyond our current palette if it helps the pack stand out. Please weave in an appetising product shot, a few health-related icons that highlight protein or low-fat benefits, and a subtle background pattern that adds depth without distracting from the copy.
Deliverables
• Two initial design concepts supplied in editable vector format (AI, CDR, or EPS)
• One final, print-ready CMYK PDF (3 mm bleed) plus layered source file and high-res PNG/JPG mock-ups
• Embedded/linked fonts, placed images, and a space-tested EAN/UPC barcode
Acceptance Criteria
• Passes the FSSAI checklist for font sizes, declarations, symbol placement, and panel hierarchy
• Nutritional table and barcode remain legible when printed at actual size
• Colour contrast remains readable on both matte and gloss substrates
