Bartender VDA 4902 Template

I need a BarTender label template built to the VDA 4902 standard for our TSC MH 261 industrial printer. These labels will serve as shipping labels that we affix to article cartons before dispatching goods to customers.
I already have a sample layout that shows the exact field positions, barcode sizes, and mandatory VDA elements; you can use it as the starting point rather than designing from scratch. The goal is to translate that sample into a fully functional .btw file that prints crisply on the 6-inch-wide media used by the MH 261, with all dynamic fields mapped to placeholders I can later connect to our ERP data.
Deliverables
• One BarTender (.btw) template reflecting the supplied VDA 4902 sample
• Printer settings (stock size, darkness, speed) optimised for the TSC MH 261
• A short setup note so I can import the file, link data, and start printing without further tweaks
The project is complete when a test print on my side matches the sample layout pixel-perfectly and all variable fields populate correctly.
