Barcode Metal Tags for Gown Rentals

Hello,
My name is Avi Schwab and I work in a non-profit communal-run gown rental located in Lakewood NJ. Recently, we renovated our store and switched locations as we became larger and larger. Currently, we are working on a new system run by a new set of barcodes in order to keep the gown rental clean, organized, and neat. I want each gown to have a completely washable metal tag that is washable, and one that won't bend or rub out. I also want to make sure that it's not too heavy or bulky for the person wearing the gown to their event.
I want to know if I can send you somewhere between 50-200 barcodes and if you can print 1 barcode on 1 tag so each of those barcodes have its own tag. the tags should not be too big and they should have 1 or 2 holes. I also need some text above the barcode and the other side should be blank. I need the barcode to be readable by a scanner but I don't know this industry so well so I don't know if you're able to make the barcode, say black on silver metal (contrast the colors?)? If possible, I would like a sample with one of my barcodes on it to see if my scanner reads it in my system. since i am from a non-profit, I can only pay a total of .10-.20 US cents per label. My Non-profit Cannot afford more.
