Auto Detailing Product Label Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a designer to create premium, professional product labels for my auto detailing business, Porter’s Detailing.
The goal is to match the high-end, minimalist, professional look seen in brands like Armour Detail Supply and Obsessed Garage, while keeping the labels functional for real-world shop conditions.
⸻
Brand Direction
• Brand: Porter’s Detailing
• Style: Clean, modern, professional, high-end
• Primary colors:
• Black base
• Blue accent (deep/royal blue, not neon)
• Vibe: Pro-grade, not flashy. Built for serious detailing environments.
⸻
Label Use Cases
1. IK 1000ml Spray Bottles
2. Foam Cannons
These labels will be printed and used in a working detailing shop with constant exposure to:
• Water and chemicals
• Heat and cold
• Frequent handling and wiping
Designs must account for durability and legibility under these conditions.
⸻
Label Requirements
Each label should include:
• PORTER’S DETAILING (brand name – top or clearly visible)
• Product Name (large, bold, easy to read)
• Dilution Ratio (e.g., 10:1, RTU, etc.)
• Optional subtle graphic pattern or texture (similar to reference images)
• Clean layout that reads quickly at a glance, even when wet
⸻
Design Notes
• Black background with blue accents preferred
• High contrast for easy reading in all lighting conditions
• No clutter
• No generic icons
• Typography should feel industrial and professional, not playful
⸻
Deliverables
• Editable source files (AI, PSD, or equivalent)
• Print-ready files (PDF)
• High-resolution PNG/JPG mockups
• Versions sized appropriately for:
• IK 1000ml bottles
• Foam cannons
• Guidance or recommendations for waterproof, chemical-resistant label materials (vinyl, laminate, etc.) is a plus
⸻
Inspiration References
• Armour Detail Supply product labels
• Obsessed Garage bottle labels
⸻
Important
I retain full ownership and rights to the final designs. These labels are for active shop use now, with potential brand expansion in the future.
