metrics-server is not installing properly in eks cluster

I am looking for a Kubernetes expert who can help me troubleshoot and resolve the issue with installing metrics-server in my eks cluster.

Requirements:
- Experience with Kubernetes versions 1.14, 1.15, and 1.16
- Expertise in troubleshooting installation issues in Kubernetes clusters

Project Description:
I am currently facing an issue with installing metrics-server in my eks cluster. When trying to install, I am encountering the error message "the server is currently unable to handle the request". I have already checked the network connectivity to ensure it is not the cause of the issue.

I need someone who can help me troubleshoot and resolve this installation issue. The ideal candidate should have experience with Kubernetes and be able to diagnose and fix server connectivity issues.
