develop a YAML file to deploy application on Kubernates Cluster

Create a namespace though .yaml file and deploy the application (e.g Flask) to the Kubernates cluster and show how the application is working within the cluster. This is a Kubernates Cluster is installed on Rancher on a Desktop. Deployment is done from Gitlab
