Setup Kubernetes for all my applications without any dependencies on Cloud Provider Php Kafka Redis

As of now, we have set up all our services on hardware servers (no virtualization). Below are some of the major services:
- Web server (as of now we use Cpanel), Our application is developed in Laravel and use MySql at the backend
- Kafka
- Redis
- Elastic search
- Telephony servers (This need to be ignored from this requirement as this need to be on hardware servers only as physical SIP from Telecom Operator need to be terminated on this)

We want to move this setup to
- AWS
- Inhouse Servers

We do not want to use any AWS-specific features as we may need to move away from AWS in the future. We want to use AWS so that we can scale faster when customer traffic comes and when we see that the traffic is consistent then we can add more nodes in our inhouse setup and move traffic to inhouse servers to reduce AWS bill.

We need an expert who has good knowledge of Kubernetes and who can help us set up this infrastructure.

We will also need to take a complete handover and knowledge transfer to make sure we are able to maintain this.
