Podman & Kubernetes experience

I have a Docker compose file which needs to be converted to something that works for Podman & Kubernetes so that our container application works on all platforms.

Scope

- Rewrite our Compose file to something that will work on Podman

- Rewrite our Compose file to something that will work on Kubernetes

- Write a small instruction on how to install the application offline (I have an example for docker)
