Migrate Kubernetes Secrets to HashiCorp Vault

I'm in need of assistance with migrating my existing certificate secrets from Kubernetes to HashiCorp Vault. Currently, I'm managing my certificates with Cert-manager. I do not require help with integrating HashiCorp Vault with Cert-manager, but I do need someone with experience and skills in:

- HashiCorp Vault
- Kubernetes
- Cert-manager
- Certificate management
