Kubernetes cluster configuration issue

We are hosted on Digitlal Ocean. We have a Kubernetes cluster with a load balancer. The load balancer appears to be configured for 2 nodes, but we seem to have just one node being identified. Please see the attachment for a greater description of the problem. We need someone to do whatever has been detailed in the attachment and fix the issue. Looking for a Kubernetes expert.
