Kubernetes RBAC Configuration in OKE

I'm seeking an expert to define Kubernetes roles for my teams - developers, testers, and operations. The project involves binding these roles to specific namespaces and implementing full isolation between them.
Exit criteria:
- ensure support is there even after the delivery
- ensure it works as expected
- there may be few revisions depending upon feedback
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and bind Kubernetes roles for developers, testers, and operations to their respective namespaces.
- Implement full isolation between the defined namespaces.
- Use OAuth/OpenID for authentication (provider to be determined).
- Automate RBAC policies using Helm/Kustomize.
- Ensure simple management and auditing of team-specific access.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes and its role-based access control (RBAC) system.
- Proficiency in using Helm and Kustomize for automation.
- Experience with OAuth/OpenID for authentication.
- Ability to ensure security through full isolation of namespaces.
- Excellent understanding of management and auditing processes.
