Kubernetes MetalLB Configuration Expert Needed

I need a Kubernetes expert to help configure MetalLB on my freshly installed Kubernetes 1.22 cluster.

Requirements:
- Experience with MetalLB and Kubernetes
- Ability to configure on a bare metal setup
- Familiarity with networking in Kubernetes
