Kubernetes Dev Feedback Sessions
Budget: $50 – $120 USD
I need clear, candid insight from active Kubernetes developers on how they perceive spot.rackspace.com. My priority is our overall value proposition. I want to know how well the service meets every expectation developers place on an infrastructure provider, speed, scalability, resource usage and anything else that matters in day-to-day clusters.
Here is what I want done:
• Recruit 5–7 hands-on Kubernetes engineers who use managed or self-hosted clusters in production.
• Facilitate 30-minute one-on-one video calls with each participant within the next one week.
• Record and lightly moderate the sessions, centering the discussion on performance-related experiences and perceived product value.
• Deliver a concise report synthesising key themes, illustrative quotes and actionable recommendations.
• Provide a short-listed pool of participants willing to join an ongoing Customer Advisory Board.
Raw recordings (audio or video), call notes and the summary report are the acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with Kubernetes terminology and the ability to engage developers in meaningful technical conversation will be important to keep the interviews focused and insightful.
